JOB VACANCY

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

We have a position available on a short term contract for a systems administrator to move our existing system to new premises, and to assist with the first stage of our migration to a new system.

Technical requirements;
Linux Preferred Variant Centos/Redhat 5 and 6
– Virtualisation (libvert)
– Named
– DHCP
– SSH
– Imapd Cyrus
– Exim/Sendmail
– NFS
– LVM
– Kickstart
– Kerberos and Ldap

Shell scripting experience in either Bash or Perl.

In addition to the above, experience of the following would be preferred, although not essential;

Firewall (OpenBSD pf)
Networking Experience (VLANs/managed switches)
Mac OSX
Not afraid to use a screwdriver on failing hardware
Cabling

Contract term: 3 months with possible extension
Hours: flexible
Salary: £32,000 p/a pro rata
Start date: ASAP
Location: North London
